See your Doctor: Chlamdydia can be tested. Penicillin maybe recommended if you are still in pain from an STD.

NOW: If you took antibiotics 4 days ago you should not still be in pain from the chlamydia infection unless you have PID. Pelvic inflammatory disease (PID) can be a complication of chlamydia, it occurs when the germs in the vagina infect the uterus, fallopian tubes, and/or ovaries. Once this occurs antibiotics by mouth usually is not enough to get rid of the infection. PID can cause serious problems.

My apologies for the earlier confusion. So the 14 days of only doxycycline 2dd should have cured PID caused by chlamydia, even though I had no other type of antibiotics in addition to the doxy?
