In my pubic hair area my skin is really dry and itchy and i do clean shave it and the skin is always dry and even when my hair grows back?

Skin irritation: Your skin is definitely irritated. That could be from shaving (an otc cortisone cream twice a day should do the trick), some eczema that you have developed in the area (again try the cortisone cream) or it could be a fungus (for that, try Lamisil (terbinafine) cream twice a day for a week or two). If that doesn't work, you should see your dermatologist.
