Call your OB NOW: Sounds like contractions, if you were my pt would send u to the labor room for a labor check so call your OB and for any further ?S u have until u are delivered and in the post partum period.

Could be labor: If this is happening off and on every 3-5 mins, it could be labor! call your OB or go to the hospital. If it it is less frequent, it could still be early labor or it could be braxton-hicks contractions, false labor, dehydration, uti, or even just plain "growing pains". See your OB if it doesn't get better.
