Takes time: It might take some time for all the sensation to go back to normal. Sometimes months. You should definitely discuss it with your dentist to keep a close watch on that.

Yes...6 Months: It is good that sensation is beginning to return. This is a very good sign that the nerve is repairing from the trauma. However, it can take up to 6 months and possibly even a little bit longer for full sensation to return.
