I am scared that i might have skin cancer, is there a way to know for sure, other than getting tests done?

See Dermatologist: If you have a concern that you might have skin cancer you should be evaluated by a dermatologist who can do a full skin exam and evaluate any potentially worrisome skin lesions or growths.

See your doctor: This problem can only be solved by seeing your doctor and being evaluated face-to-face. After a thorough examination, your doctor should be able to tell you what's wrong and what to do about it.

See your derm: If you are concerned the first step would be to see your friend dermatologist for a complete skin examination.
