Talk to Orthopedics: In general, arthroscopic surgery has a small risk of bleeding and infection. In addition, there is a very small risk of poor outcomes, adhesions, scar tissue, and local numbness near the surgical sites. These and any other concerns should be addressed when you speak with your surgeon.
