Yes.: Crooked noses are either congenital (you're born with uneven nasal bones) or acquired (after a broken nose or other trauma). In either case, the degree that your nose appears crooked can become worse over time from either uneven growth of the nasal bones or from scar contracture that tends to exaggerate the apparent deviation.
