No: Color blindness is usually an isolated issue with no pathologic effect on the body. The only fatality would be if someone who is color blind, is in a situation to , for instance, read signals which can be misinterpreted and lead to a fatal accident. The color lenses in signals liike traffic signals and railroad signals are now designed so that the color deficient can read them correctly.
