Stopped xanex cold turkey a week ago. vision issues and urinary/vaginosis now. am i in the clear and safe to stay off or should i go back on half dose?

Question is whether u got it from a doc and whether your anxiety and mood are controlled. It's hard to say where physical dependence occurs but likely about 6 mg/day.
