Yes: Try the pill if not on it, first line for breast pain. Aleve can help if not on it, check the bras, make sure not too tight. Might be musculoskeletal. If severe and doing these things tramadol at 50 mg might help or Cymbalta (duloxetine) at 30 mg. Pcos pt at 2x risk of depression which can make pain worse; if on a med for dep. Need norepi reuptake to help blunt ascending pain, thus cymbalta, (duloxetine) good luck.
