3 months after a d&c due to a miscarriage my endometrium is heterogeneous and 20mm thick. is it dangerous? how do i correct this to conceibe?

Not normal: Way too think, you need a hysterosopy and biopsy to see what is going on , could be retained tissue or other, we do these in office.
