Could be miscarriage: If you are early in your pregnancy and having heavy bleeding, i would be worried about miscarrying. Often times you will have cramps and bleeding. Is it heavy like a period? Do you have a follow up appointment? If you are soaking a pad in 30 - 60 min, you need to be seen in the er. Your OB or gp could order blood work to follow pregnancy hormones if there is a question about miscarriage.
