how to improve eyesight if you already have a very poor eyesight? is there any medications aside from wearing eyeglasses?

Get new glasses!: There is a natural potential to have a shift in prescription of the eye up to the age of 23? Or so in some people. Past that it rarely ever changes, unless other medical issues. There are no exercises or practices to alter that! go with the flow! get newer more awesome looking glasses!
