Some options: You could try contact lenses as a non-surgical option. Otherwise, you can be evaluated to have refractive lens exchange, which is a surgical option. An implant with your prescription can be placed so that you are less dependent on glasses. It won't always eliminate them in every situation. This is considered cosmetic unless you have cataracts that are affecting your vision. Good luck.
