Vaginal or rectal?: Is it vaginal or rectal? If vaginal, see your gyn. If rectal, first, you will need a rectal exam. The md will go up your rectum with their finger, place what they get on a special card & add a liquid on it & see if any blood is seen. Either way, md may want you to have a colonoscopy to see if you have polyps. Or, just look for hemorrhoids by just looking. You could have fissures that bleed. See md.
