Be good to yourself : It is common to have low libido after baby's delivery. Being a new mom can be exhausted, stressful, overwhelming. The hormone does not allow good lubrication until 6 weeks after delivery. Get help to take care of the baby and yourself. Eat well. Get new outfit. Start exercising again. Feel good about yourself. http://www.babycenter.com/0_lets-talk-about-sex-after-the-baby_11802.bc?page=1.

Stop fatigue/anxiety: It's important to stop things that prevent one from being in the mood for sex. When a baby is 0-3 months, parental fatigue is the norm. Be sure to train a baby to sleep through the night after then. Mom & dad will have learned efficient baby-care by then and have more free time. Have good birth control so there's no anxiety about getting pregnant again. Start with gentle sex, to avoid discomfort.
