Probably kettle ball: You seem to be complaining of deltoid and primarily anterior deltoid pain which is worked with raising arms in the front. But if you're kipping your pullups then this will put tremendous stress on the shoulder as well.The exercises you mentioned often go with cross fit plans. I've lifted for many yrs and my concern is doing complex moves w/weights so rapidly when near fatigue. Bad form = injuries.
