Pateint with anterolithiasis c7/t1 and c4-6 anterior spinal fixation, how regularly would you have to follow up with c-spine xrays? monthly? yearly?

Depends: If you are not having any problems with your neck or neurological issues (numbness, tingling, weakness, balance problems, loss of hand dexterity), no x-rays are needed. If you are having issues, see your spinal specialist (the one who did the surgery), your pcp, or another spinal specialist (if you are no longer seeing the surgeson).
