Tough to answer in: Only 400 characters. Greed is too simple. Bureaucrats making up rules to justify their jobs. Insurance companies putting profit in front of patient's well being. Politicians using inflammatory statements just to get re-elected. Radio and tv reporting 1/2 truths for ratings. Lawyers hunting for class action suits for huge wins. Lobbyests putting clients ahead of what's right. And i can go on.
