Exercise, good food: The best way for you to lose weight is to carefully choose healthy and low calorie foods - fruits, vegetables, whole grain breads and pastas - and avoid foods/drinks high in fats and sugar. It is equally as important to exercise 1 hour every day.

Less calories: Diet and exercise for a young person is difficult. I recommend adding jump rope aside from school activities plus less food more on fruits and veggie.
