Not in Class: The best time is when it can be a quiet and uninterrupted sleep period. While power naps are short and refreshing, getting 9 hours of sleep per day essential. Nightime is best because it is usually more restful.

Sure: Teen sleep health is very important as their brains are still in development. Usually recommend at least 8 hours a night. Try not to let them become night owls on the weekend as in just two days they can throw off their internal sleep clock and cause sleep disruption during the week.
