No: If your partner is not infected, you cannot contract the indicated hepatic viruses. Having said that, i would behave as if all partners have these or other pathogens, i.e. Hiv. Protected sex (using a condom) is the smart thing to do.

No, but . . .: There is no easy way to know if someone is truly virus free since tests for viruses wont detect the virus for at least a couple of weeks. If there is one thing you can count on regarding your health it's that the disease or condition you fret about wont be what gets you; its going to be something you never thought of - syphilis, gonorrhea, herpes, etc Practice safe sex and you wont have to worry!
