A member asked:

What age do most people discover that they have multiple sclerosis?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Depends on type: Based on current data from health departments, the average age for diagnosis of relapsing remitting ms is 29 or 30 yrs of age.(85% of all ms). The primary progressive form occurs later, from about 35-40 yrs., and the childhood forms are quite variable, perhaps due to an immature immune system.
