Anemia: You need workup for anemia and main differential is GI bleeding, nutritional causes (b12, folate, (folic acid) copper, vit c deficiency), hemolytic anemia, bone marrow failure syndrome, anemia of chronic disease. See a good hematologist.

Also.....: In addition to getting a medical evaluation as suggested, make sure the cause of your dental abscess is resolved and followed up by a dentist as these issues may reoccur. Also make sure that you have the rest of your mouth evaluated and treated accordingly. If money is an issue, you can consider free\low cost dental clinics, a dental school or a hospital based dental residency program.
