Lexapro (escitalopram): Lexapro (escitalopram) can be sedating in some people. I'm not sure what you mean by "weird thoughts, " but some people can have suicidal thoughts and such with this medicine. It's best for you to talk with the doctor who prescribed Lexapro (escitalopram) for you, to see what s/he recommends. S/he knows you and your situation much better than i do, and should be able to offer you appropriate advice.
