Sure: Taking prenatal vitamins before getting pregnant helps prevent certain birth defect so it's certainly a good idea to do. Whether this will help you get pregnant though is a different story.

Possibly but...: Taking vits. Won't get you pregnant (perhaps you need to learn about the birds & bees :) but may improve fertility if you are deficient. 1/3 of people can't convert Folic Acid to the active form so taking the 5-mthf form is best.
