Varicocele: Varicocele is an anatomic issue. If it is not causing pain, and if you are not having trouble impregnating your partner, it typically does not require treatment. There are no medications (western, ayuvedic, or otherwise) that treat or resolve it. If you want it treated, surgical therapy is indicated.
