Until u get in: Try lotrimin (clotrimazole) cream mixed with hydrocortisone, it could be a simple fungal infection. The ob/gyn fosters these complaints frequently so that would also be a good resource. One trick is to apply Hydrocortisone cream then apply gold bond powder instead of lotrimin (clotrimazole). My money is on a fungal type dermatitis. Good luck.
