Not likely: If u have been on the pill regularly, pregnancy risk is low. Breast tenderness can have multiple causes but oral contraceptives are first line treatments. You could lower the estrogen dose in the pill or make sure ur bra isnt too tight.Then again, i don't wanna be the guy saying ur not pregnant if u r so get a upt if concered.
