Perhaps: There appears to be an epidemic of low levels of 25-ohd. Ask your doc if you can get an rx for a 50, 000 unit capsule to take once a week for 2-3 months, than monthly.

Get some sunlight: The single best and most important source of vitamin d is sunlight. If your vitamin d is low this means you are deficient in uvb exposure. This important misunderstood "nutirent" does much more that just increase vitamin d. Just don't burn.
