Dermatologist: A raised rash lasting that long should be evaluated by a dermatologist for diagnosis and treatment. If it is itchy, a contact dermatitis which is an allergic reaction to something coming in contact with those areas, would be a possibility. Exzematous dermatitis is another possibility.
