Dandruff: Can try otc shampoos like selsun blue, t-gel, nizoral (ketoconazole). Follow package directions for use & frequency of use. Sterilize combs/brushes/ hats/hair ribbons, etc (anything that comes in contact with hair). If otc helps but not enough, there are prescription strength versions of shampoos.
