Check a test : Anytime you think you might be pregnant the easiest thing to do is to check a pregnancy test. I would not think so since your last period was less than a month ago. Usually we do not suspect pregnancy until someone misses their period.

Check a test : It sounds more like you just had an episode of midcycle spotting since you are the middle of this menstrual cycle. Anyone having sex without birth control or condoms is at risk of getting pregnant. The only way to know will be to check a test. If you miss your jan period then take one and you will have your answer.
