DM: Most of the symptoms are due to increased concentration of blood which cause patient to feel thirsty, and urinate frequently. If blood sugar is high, patient might develop coma. In long term diabetes causes damage to all body systems and organ which causes different sign and symptoms related to that specific damaged organ such as neuropathy, blindness, kidney failure, heart attack and etc..

Thirst, hunger...: Frequent urination, undue fatigue if concerned at all, see md to catch / treat early and can check sugars before person get these symtoms, to try to catch it early in people with family history of diabetes.
