How does asymmetry between your eyes with regards to nearsightedness affect your vision?

Varies: If it has been a large asymmetry since early childhood there may be a difference in the best achieved vision between the two even with proper glasses. For the most part, some variation in prescription between eyes is very common and does not affect vision adversely.
