Low grade infection: As above but could be hormonal. Pcp should be seen first if he or she manages this type of issue. Basics can be covered and then if not resolved pcp can refer. That way pcp manages total health and refers as needed. My pts let me manage all and i refered as needed. Pcp has nothing to loose ever when refering out. One doc should manage all health issues. That way nothing gets missed.
