Gallbladder: An inflamed, distended gallbladder may present with severe pain and a palpable fullness below the right ribs. You should see a physician soon if this persists.

Get gallbladderexam: Unless there has been an injury to the area, better have the gallbladder checked. Other symptoms would be related to nausea, bloating, or vomiting. Benign fatty lumps may occur there but usually have been there and gradually gotten bigger and are usually painless.
