Yes: You won't be any taller , but your breasts will be larger, that's why the surgery is done.

Yes, Depends on you.: If you are asking if your cup size will be larger, the answer is usually yes. Having said that, there is no standardization of bras. Also women often wear the wrong size bra. We have also seen after lifts and augmentation that the breast now look great, (with good upper pole fullness and the nipples in the right place), the bra itself now fits as it should.

Yes: The goal of breast augmentation is to increase the size of the breast. You can discuss the amount of augmentation with your surgeon and obtain varying degrees of enlargement. Many surgeons offer 3d photo modeling to help you understand what you will look like after surgery.

Augmentation=increas: The whole purpose of breast augmentation is to increase the breast volume. Whether it increases your garment size depends on the volume of the augmentation not unlike asking if you gain weight will you need to increase your dress size.

Yes: I am asked quite often if i can increase a women's bra size from a 32a to a36 c cup. I explain that the chest measurement will not change but the cup size will. A bra cup size depends on the chest size. In other words a c cup in a 36 bra is bigger than a c cup in a 32 bra. For your bra size measure under the breast around your chest add 5 inches to it round up. Ex. 30 around add 5 = 35 round up 36.

Yes but Manageable.: Yes, breast size will increase after breast augmentation surgery. Careful communication between patient and plastic surgeon is key to successful outcomes. In my practice, i find the use of goal pictures helpful in communicating these goals. The use of words such as “natural” or describing goals in terms of cup size can be a source of miscommunication. Best wishes.

Yes: Your cup size, but not your band size, will increase, following breast implant surgery. Depending on the implants you choose, this may be between 1 to 2 cup sizes larger.
