Not effective: Human growth hormone is a very small peptide molecule. It is susceptible to breakdown with heat. In order to take it for conditions such as growth hormone deficiency it needs to be given by injection. Oral forms will not be effective. Similarly, there is likely no danger to drinking milk with bovine growth hormone in it.
