See below: Height is primarily determined by genetics. Since you are well past puberty, it is unlikely that you will grow taller. However stretching exercises and good posture may help to maximize what you already have.

Platform shoes: At a listed age of 43 there is no way for you to grow taller.The hormones that push you through puberty also signal the eventual end of linear growth by causing the growth centers to close.There are no magic way to reopen these centers.Once closed you cannot grow taller.
