Broad Answer: If you're looking for causes, there are a whole lot, with allergies, irritants and infection at the top of the list. If you're looking for fixes, that depends on the cause. Evaluation by a physician will narrow down the cause and help find a better, more specific treatment that can avoid unwanted side effects.
