My blood pressure has been ranging from 136 over 82-143 over 96 i have heard the lower is more of a concern than then the top.should i be concerned?

The bottom number which is known as diastolic pressure is also very important . Ideal blood pressure is having both numbers below normal range . An ideal blood pressure would be close to 120/80.
