Nope: If you haven't ovulated, then you can't conceive. That's assuming you know when ovulation is to occur based on cycle length, cervical mucus, ovulation predictor kits, or ovulation pain. It is possible to conceive 11 days before you "think" you are going to ovulate, but not 11 days before you actually ovulate.
