See your doctor: These symptoms sound very uncomfortable, and you need to see your physician for a careful exam. They may or may not all be related to each other. "back of my brain hurting really bad" is concerning since i'm not sure what this is about. Please see your doctor soon.

Go to ER: The fact that it is unilateral and accompanied by what sounds like it could be infection and/or inflammatory, suggests possibility of serious illness i.e. Meningitis.

May be, worth a trip: Many people "hold" or express their tension with their body, particularly true with anxiety but depression. Your primary care doc is one of the best first stops to explore what is going on. Next stop, if like many you haven't been in a long while, is your dentist. Anxiety and TMJ often co-occur and can contribute to neck, shoulder, jaw and headache pain. Reach out while you're motivated!
