Yes: In old medical literature there was concerns that antihistamines could potentially cause problems in persons with asthma. This is not the case and newer generation antihistamines are safe to use with any asthma medication including all inhalers including salbutamol.

Yes: This combo is safe. Respiratory problems are sneaky and can turn nasty quickly. Worsening breathing with increasing wheezing has to be treated quickly by your pcp or if any delay you must go to emergency room immediately. Wheezing means airways are in spasm and can get worse fast! never delay being treated!
