Is there anything over-the-counter you can give a 10 month old baby for diarrhea?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Pedialyte: There is not an appropriate medication to treat the symptoms of diarrhea in a 10 month old baby. However, the danger of diarrhea is dehydration. If your baby has diminished urine prodution or dry mouth or other signs of dehydration you will need to give fluids speciallay balanced to promote re-hydration such as pedialyte. If you are concerned about dehydration call your doctor.
