Tonsilith: Don't know about your other symptoms, but the white thing sounds exactly like a tonsilith. These are concretions caused by the normal bacteria in our mouth. They accumulate in our tonsils, when you expel them they will leave behind the "crypt" in our tonsil where they originated. Harmless.
