Yes: Swallowing lots of snot can cause nausea. The post nasal drip and runny nose could be from the increased dry air due to the heat being on all the time because of the "polar vortex". Would recommend humidifier on in bedroom 24/7, and use lots of saline nasal spray so that your nose thinks it can stop making its own goo.! great personal steam nebulizer is "my pur mist" at target. Works great!
