Well: Not having a period on the birth control pill is not unusual. Some irregular bleeding is not unusual. There is likely no link between bleeding a week after intercourse if u are on the pill. If using properly the intercourse likely not related. When u bled a week later was it when u were supposed to bleed?

Need a preg test: This is probably normal; however, please see your doctor for a pregnancy test and also have your thyroid checked.

Difficult to say: Menstrual irregularities can occur with proper taking of oral contraceptives. If the problem persists for 3 cycles, it is best to call a clinician. Repeating the pregnancy test in one week may help if one is still concerned.
