A member asked:

I am 46 yrs old and am taking fosinopril and my right testicle has swollen painlessly. what should i do?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Soft or hard mass: Probably nothing to do with the medication. Soft and diffuse enlargement of the testicle is probably fluid around it called a hydrocele. Otherwise it could be an infection or a tumor. These cause a hard or tender testicle.
